Samuel dove into entrepreneurship as a leader in a family-owned architectural metals company. His leadership helped the company grow from $30 million to over $100 million in just 10 years.
A few years later, Samuel realized that he was an entrepreneur at heart. So, he left and started his own business development company that grew to serve clients nationwide, but he hit a wall during the Great Recession. For the next few years, he tried a lot of things to scale the business, but without the tools to solve the firm's issues, he realized he was just being reactive at best.
It was at that point of frustration that a client introduced Samuel to EOS, and he got to witness firsthand how the EOS Tools helped his client's leadership team solve their biggest frustrations and get a grip on their business. He was hooked! Samuel started using EOS in his firm, and the revenue doubled over a two year period.
